Return Policy

*Purchases can be returned within a period of FIVE(5) days starting from the day you receive the merchandise.*All claims for shortages, damages, defects, price discrepancies, incorrect merchandise, etc. must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted after this time.If your order is tailored/altered exclusively for our customers, we are constrained to have a policy of no exchange or return for Saris, Lehngas and Suits. Return of other products will attract 20% re-stocking fees and the shipping cost. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost to our New York warehouse. Item/s must be return within Five days (5) of the receipt date. Any return needs prior approval.

*All return merchandise is required to be shipped back in original packaging and we will be not responsible for return shipping charges.

International shipping

All International orders are notified via e-mail with the cost of Shipping and Handling (S&H). Once acceptance of the S&H fee is received, the order is shipped via international carrier. Customers are responsible for any customs, duty or taxes imposed on foreign orders. Please note that the shipping schedule is quoted by the shipping company and any delays are the responsibility of the shipping company. Ous company cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays
